Cami was safe from many things as a child, only because a certain entity has been watching her since she was born. A Matterhuman god has been spectating her life, sometimes even interfering with things that could injure her. The god has grown protective of her due to the losses of 3 previous matterhumans, but this isn’t the god’s file.

On Cami’s 8th birthday, she caught the glimpse of a small teddy bear under a tree. It looked brand new and nobody came to claim it, so she took it in. Family and friends have reported a weird chill they get when around the bear, but Cami ignored it as she didn’t feel it herself.
